Born Bruce Lishenga on 27 November 1998 in Kakamega Shinyalu, the star has been on the hook since back in his early day at Lugose Primary school. His music journey would even broaden more when he completed his primary school and later joined Kwireni High School. Where he used to showcase his talent during school functions like ballgames where he would perform in front of wide range of audience especialy if there were inter-schools competitions. Though he was very active in music since all this time but he didn't got that chance to record his music because of financial challenges and considering that he had a dream of recording with top recording studio houses which are well established for better high quality music which would give him easier breakthrough into the music industry.

After High School Bruce got a chance to join Nairobi Technical  Training Institute where he is currently studying Electrical engineering. It is from here where his Uncle Lishenga got stroked with his talent and decided to give him a major boost. To perfect his art, his uncle started to push him to listen to Kenyan locals, Bongo Flavor and modern gospel music which inspired him even more and sharpen his ideology to do great music which he has been doing since then with full support from his uncle who happens to be his manager.

His uncle then took him to Champion Records where his music career begun and hence adapted his stage name Bruce Mfalme. Since 2017 Mfalme has been active as a recording/performing artist whom so far has recorded and released several singles which are as follows- Katoto, Simba wa majeshi, Mama ft B- Classic, Nipokee ft B- Classic, Crazy love, Piloti ft B-Classic, Do you and now he has released his new debut Kokota.
